Rich strokes of red in the dining room are offset by funky aquariums built into the wall. Inspired by passion and driven by taste a unique medley of the true essence of Asia. Zara has travelled the world to find the perfect blend of spices striking a mouth-watering balance of traditional and sophisticated flavours from India and the majestic seas.
Freshly made dishes feature sophisticated spice blends, with menu favourites including Goan squid with tarragon, or sizzling sweet chilli lamb chops.
All of our dishes are freshly cooked to order using only the leanest meats, fresh vegetables and the aromatic spices from Asia. Our chef: Jude Pinto Born and raised in Goa has found his mastery catering for one of India’s finest five star establishments. Since his arrival in the UK he has cooked at several top quality restaurants in highly affluent areas of London. In 2005, he was selected Top Chef, at the Asian Lifestyle food demonstration show. Jude Pinto has learnt and taught in some of London’s highly thought of establishments which include Chutney Mary, La Porte De Indes, Eriki, Veeraswamy and Bombay Nights. |
